Each of these entities shall be responsible for the personal data provided by individuals and legal entities to their employees or collaborators by written or electronic means.
For the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, the entities mentioned above may collect personal data from Data Subjects who intend to participate or who participate in any of the projects or activities offered by them. Such data may include: official identification (with photograph), nationality, full name, address (home and work), telephone number (home and work), cell phone number, date of birth (birth certificate), email, marital status (marriage certificate), Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), occupation or professional activity, as well as Sensitive Personal Data such as health status, among others, which will be collected in the following ways: i) when the Data Subject provides them personally or directly, ii) when the project entities obtain them indirectly, iii) when you use the online services of any of the project entities. For persons related to a Data Subject interested in participating in any of the projects, only the Personal Data corresponding to full name, marital status, address, date of birth and relationship with the Data Subject will be required. Data Subjects who provide this data must notify their relatives about the provision of their Personal Data and the content of this Privacy Notice.
The Personal Data information collected by the entities of the Gelato on The Road project will be used as described below: i) for participation in the projects and activities offered, ii) identification of the Data Subject, iii) administration of the projects, iv) analysis of the projects, v) data updating, vi) contacting the Data Subject, vii) complying with applicable provisions regarding legal compliance including the prevention of money laundering. These purposes are necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship with the Data Subject.
